Venue

The Berghotel Sudelfeld is a small seminar hotel in the middle of the Bavarian alps. It is situated at 1100 m above the village Bayrischzell near the Wendelstein Mountain.

The organizers will distribute the participants on 10 single rooms and 10 double rooms. Roommate wishes will be considered, if possible. The area can be reached by train (S-Bahn, BOB) from Munich Airport. A shuttle service might be available.

Costs

The accommodation will be covered by the ASCETE project and is free of charge (incl. 3 days full board without drinks during meals, conference facilities with internet access included). The expected arrival is on Tuesday (20/5), leaving will be on Friday (23/5) at lunch time. Travel expenses must be covered by the participants themselves and they need to organize the trip to Sudelfeld and back on their own.
